Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy on returns, exchanges and refunds

1. Overview

At Aarush Crafts, every product is handcrafted from natural materials such as jute, rattan, bamboo, seagrass and water hyacinth. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, texture and size are natural and not considered defects. This Refund and Returns Policy explains when and how you can request a return, exchange or refund.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all tags/labels attached
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or made-to-order items
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Items damaged due to misuse after delivery

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return

Email us at aarushtex.bd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Our team will review your request and share return instructions within 2 business days
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us, as unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange; any price difference will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return once received, following the process above.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at aarushtex.bd@gmail.com.
